Accommodations:

·        1903 restored Texas farmhouse on 2 acres in Gay Hill area, 8 miles north of Brenham via Hwy 36 North.

·         Fully furnished, including linens.

·         Fully equipped kitchen.

·         Utility room with washer & dryer.

·         Sleeps 5, 2 queen beds, 1 twin sleeper on sleeping porch.

Policies:

·         Rates are based on single/double occupancy.  All rooms are fully air-conditioned.

·         Seasonal rates apply during the Spring and Fall Antique Shows.

·         No children under the age of 12 please.

·         A two-night minimum is required for a weekend stay.

·         Sunday-Thursday is available for a single night stay.

·         No Smoking is permitted.

·         No Pets are permitted.

·         Check- in is 3 p.m.- 6 p.m. - Check out is 11 a.m.

·         Reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit.  With at least 8 days notice prior to arrival

      date, deposit will be refunded, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.  Sorry, no refund after that.

·         MasterCard and VISA accepted.

·         We cannot be responsible for injuries, loss or theft.

Rates:

·         Weekend rates are $200.00 per night based on a Friday arrival and a Sunday departure at 11 a.m.

·         Weekly rates are $1,250.00 per week (7 days/6 nights)

·         A 6% Texas state room/hotel occupancy tax will be added.

Directions: From Brenham go North on 36 for 8+/- miles to the blinking light, left onto FM 390 (Scenic Route) for 1/2 mile.  Right on Wolf Creek Road.  House is the 4^th house on the right.
